Flowers Everywhere

Flower arrangement at the Hilton Hotel, the Headquarters of the USOC.

This Olympic symbol is in Tian'anmen Square.

Here you can see what I mean about potted plants grouped together. These were on the steps leading up to one of the pits with the Terracotta Warriors.

This is in the Beijing Airport. There are carnations.

The tree is formed by placing many colorful potted plants on what I'd describe as a Christmas tree with flat surfaces.
Even though there are many cars, there are still many bicyclists.

I saw these "trees" on my scavenger hunt.

Where ever you go there are flowers. It's interesting that even though much of there city is paved or cemented they group flowers that are still in the pots to make a nice arrangement. When I walk late at night I see couples walking together and the woman may have a huge bouquet of beautiful flowers.
