Famous Dumpling Restaurant in Xi'an

The first 3 pictures are examples of the types of dumplings we had. They were filled with shirmp, fish, lamb, pork, and chicken.

Beautiful bowl in which our last course of dumpling soup was warming and was served in.

Melissa is smiling because she was getting good at using chopsticks.

Melissa and I outside the restaurant on a beautiful Sunday afternoon.

This is were we went for dinner after our trip to the Terra Cotta Warriors. For 100 RMB ($20 USD) we had 18 courses. Each and everyone was delicious. We were stuffed and ready for the plane ride back to Beijing. It was the end of wonderful trip to Xi'an.

Hey G,

It is incredible to see these events. I've enjoyed everyone I've attended. The women's marathon was amazing. The Bird's Nest is awesome. While waiting the Chinese put on wonderful performances of a cultural nature. The crowd was fantastic. Hardly anyone left before the last women finished. The effort shown by these women brought tears to my eyes as I cheered them on to the finish line.
